About this policy

This policy covers the Aperta iPhone game and its pages at santosalex.com/aperta. The app is provided by Alexandre Santos de Salles. For privacy questions, email support@alexsantos.ai.

What happens on your device

Aperta uses your iPhone’s motion sensors to respond to a gentle squeeze. Sensor readings are processed on the iPhone during play. They are not uploaded to a developer server.

The app saves quest progress, earned rewards and preferences locally so you can continue playing. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.

The App Store app does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photo library. It does not make audio or video recordings of you.

Storage and deletion

Saved progress and preferences remain in the app’s local storage. Aperta does not provide a cloud account or cross-device sync service.

Deleting the app through iOS removes its local app data. Offloading an app can preserve its data. Your iPhone or iCloud backups may contain app data, depending on your Apple settings; manage those copies with Apple’s backup controls.

We do not hold a server copy of your gameplay progress that we can inspect, restore or delete.

When you contact support

If you email support, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to reply and investigate your request.

Send only what is needed to explain the problem. You can ask about or request deletion of a support message by emailing support@alexsantos.ai. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and meet any applicable obligations.

These web pages

The Aperta pages do not load advertising pixels or analytics scripts and do not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors.

Our hosting provider receives the technical information needed to serve a page request, such as the requested address and network information. Following a link to another website, including the App Store, is subject to that service’s privacy practices.

You can manage app permissions, local storage and backups in iOS Settings. For questions about this policy, support correspondence or an applicable privacy right, contact support@alexsantos.ai.

You may also contact your local data protection authority. We will update this page if Aperta’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current policy.
